Registration Fees

All registered attendees, whether attending virtually or in person, will receive access to the recordings for the conference day or days for which they are registered. These recordings are made available after the conference, once editing and processing are complete, which usually takes at least one month.

Due to funding and technical limitations, we are only able to livestream one workshop per day to virtual attendees during the live conference. This will be the session held in the main auditorium. Details of the main auditorium program will be released on Friday 11 April 2026.

However, virtual attendees will still be able to access the recordings of both workshops for the day or days for which they are registered once post-conference editing has been completed.

The Australian POTS Foundation is not registered for GST so all fees are GST Free.
The fees are in Australian Dollars.

APF Members receive a codeword via email to apply a 10% discount to all fees during the secure online registration.

If you wish to pay on invoice, please contact reg@themeetingpeople.com.au prior to starting this form.

For attendees wishing to participate online for either day, please refer to the registration page to register as a virtual participant.

Kindly note that due to technical set-up requirements, only the workshop held in the main conference room will be live-streamed and recorded.
